Greg David

Greg is a founding partner of David Wealth Management Group and Stratos Wealth Partners, which includes an outstanding team of professionals committed to providing our clients with responsive and highly personal financial guidance. Greg brings 23 years of experience in the investment industry to his clients and runs a needs-based practice which specializes in retirement income planning and distribution. He has grown his financial practice by focusing solely on his clients’ individual needs and educating them on the fundamentals of successful wealth management. To appropriately guide clients through all aspects of their financial planning, Greg also works directly with their personal attorneys and tax professionals when necessary.

Many of his clients simply seek an advisor who always puts their best interests first, allowing them to confidently move on with the business of living their lives. DWMG believes that trust – and the accountability it implies – is the cornerstone of any successful relationship and should never be compromised. Trust is far more than simply feeling comfortable with your advisor, having a plan in place, or setting achievable goals. It’s the ability to set daily financial worries aside with the full confidence and knowledge that someone is looking out for you and your needs.

Prior to joining Stratos Wealth Partners in 2012, Greg began his financial career in 2000 with Edward Jones. In 2005, he joined A.G. Edwards & Sons where he stayed through two different bank mergers before leaving to establish a new firm with his father, Jim and join the partners Stratos Wealth Partners. In 2017, to build on the Stratos philosophy of elevating financial strategies and to emphasize the personal relationship that we strive to achieve with each of our clients, Greg formed David Wealth Management Group within the Stratos Wealth Partners organization. He currently holds his Series 7, 9, 10, 63, & 66 licenses through LPL Financial and Stratos Wealth Partners. He is registered to conduct business in SC as well as FL, GA, LA, MD, MO, and NC.

Greg has lived in the Lexington community for over 20 years with his wife Amy, where they have raised two sons. He has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Lexington, where he served as President in 2013-2014. He is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Lexington County and a member of the Corpus Christi Knights of Columbus
